Where do you deliver?
Entire mainland Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Customers from Carriacou and Petite Martinique can collect their items at the Osprey Lines’ office.
How do I collect my item at the store?
When the purchase is made a receipt is generated both to you and the store via email. You have the option of printing the receipt yourself . When you get to the store you must present either the printed receipt or a copy of it in your email (on your phone or tablet), along with a valid I.D.
Will I need to wait in line at the store?
Absolutely not! Find an employee, show them your receipt and your I.D. (they should have it ready for you before you even get there)

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, if the vendor is open for business.
What are the delivery options?
Free Delivery for Yogo Plus members and Local Delivery islandwide, including Carriacou and Petite Martinique.
When can I expect delivery?
Local Delivery (on the mainland): Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered on the same day. All orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next day. For Carriacou and Petite Martinique all orders placed before 3pm will be delivered on the next day via the Osprey Line.
